When a program provides you with three degrees and a memorable on-campus student experience, it becomes an easy decision.

Introducing the Early Assurance Program, a partnership with Siena College’s School of Business and Shaker High School, where enrolled students can:

Earn three degrees — Shaker High School degree, Bachelor of Science in Business, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Siena’s AACSB-accredited program.
Gain valuable hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art Hickey Financial Technology Center, Raub Trading Room, and Alonge Accounting Lab.
Choose from 19 concentrations through Siena’s customized business major, making your degree personalized to your goals and interests.
Complete Siena degrees at your pace— including our accelerated program for students looking to complete both degrees in three or four years.

WHILE IN HIGH SCHOOL: START YOUR LIFE AS A SAINT

Your journey to becoming a Siena Saint starts during your sophomore year at Shaker High School.

Complete Siena’s free application online, including a short essay, requesting consideration to be admitted in the Early Assurance Program by February 15 of the senior year of high school (for those who have already applied for admissions, submit an email by February 15, 2019 requesting consideration for the joint admission opportunity).
For those students who apply submitting SAT or ACT scores, it is expected the student will have completed a college preparatory curriculum, earned approximately an 85 average in the college prep program or higher and have SAT approximately 1100 or higher and ACT approximately 23 or higher.
For those students who apply through the college’s test optional program must satisfy the following high school requirements to gain admission to the BS/MBA opportunity:

- Four years of English and social studies.

- Three or four years of math (including: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, or Algebra II. Precalculus or a similarly rigorous mathematics course beyond Algebra II/Trigonometry is encouraged), laboratory sciences (including Chemistry), and a language other than English.

- Have achieved an average of 85 or above in the core classes of math, English, science, social studies, and language (if applicable).

Satisfaction of this curriculum will also exempt a student from submitting standardized test scores.

Following graduation from Shaker High School, you must earn a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 to stay on track for The Siena MBA.

COMPLETING YOUR MBA: PREPARING FOR THE ROAD AHEAD

The Siena MBA allows you to choose from four unique and specialized concentrations: business analytics, finance, marketing, and strategic management. Each path was created specifically to address workforce demands in regional and national job markets.

Students in this program will enter Siena on track to earn a B.S. in their third year and the Siena MBA in their fourth year. For highly motivated students, Siena provides the option to complete both degrees in just three years.

While not all students will choose the accelerated track, all students will have the chance to take graduate-level courses as they finish their undergraduate degree.
