Michael R. Lounello leads the design and execution of high-impact events that define the Siena experience. Most notably, Mike served as the production lead for the historic transition-to-university celebration, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a professional, once-in-a-generation institutional milestone. From Accepted Student Days to Commencement, he has worked to elevate the quality of Siena’s events while introducing improved planning processes, safety standards, and technical communication practices that reduce risk and enhance efficiency. From a student’s first visit to Commencement, Mike is an essential force in ensuring Siena’s most important moments leave a lasting impression on students and colleagues alike.
