Reason for Policy
To make our policy consistent for transfer credit grades and the grade requirements for majors in our own courses. Siena will accept transfer courses with a grade of C- or better.

- First Year Students Transferring Credits from High School
- Transfer Students
- Matriculated Siena Students
The Official Policy
As of May 3, 2022, transfer credits earned with a grade of C- or better from another accredited institution will transfer when the course is similar in content and scope to courses offered at Siena.*
* Exception: This policy will not apply to individual programs that have a higher minimum grade requirement.
