Nichol M. Hall

Nichol M. Hall brings 28 years of experience to her role as a new member of the Siena College Visiting Faculty in the School of Business, within the Marketing Department.

Her academic journey began at SUNY Oswego, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, setting the stage for her deep understanding of human behavior and motivation.

Nichol's professional journey began at Verizon, where she dedicated 22 years of her career. While employed at Verizon, she earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in 2002. Throughout her tenure at Verizon, she held various leadership roles within Marketing, Sales, Corporate Training, and Business Operations.

Seeking a fresh challenge, she sought out a position at Goldman Sachs, where she spent 6 years expanding her industry knowledge and honing her skills in Market Research and Process Improvement. In May of 2023, she founded her own consulting firm, Pure Perspective Consulting, specializing in process improvement, marketing strategy, research, and professional writing.

Nichol is a native of Saratoga Springs, NY where she lives with her husband and 2 children and is a member of the music ministry at St. Clements Church.
