Natasha D. Adams is a distinguished Teaching Professor of Management at Siena College, recognized for her expertise across diverse essential subjects, including organizational strategy, customer relations, team dynamics, personal growth, and bias awareness.
Adams, a seasoned strategist, has crafted her career with a deep understanding of strategic frameworks. She holds an A.S. in business administration from Hudson Valley Community College, a B.S. in marketing/management from Siena College, and an M.B.A. from The College of Saint Rose.
Joining Siena in 2015, Adams has held the role of Course Coordinator for MGMT211, BUDV150 and BUDV450. Previously, as customer relations manager at the Group for Organization Effectiveness, she handled over 400 corporate accounts, including Fortune 100 firms, training teams globally.
Beyond academia, Adams' extensive experience includes print media management for Bass Pro Shops, Dollar General, and two years as a label representative for Time Warner/Electra/Atlantic Records. She also co-leads a company hosting a major Fat Bike Rally event, advocating for active community engagement.
Notably, Adams has been engaged with the Northeastern chapter of SCORE, supporting entrepreneurial growth. Also, supporting not-for-profit organizations in the Capital region such as IPH, The Southend Night Market Project, RISSE, and Living Resources.
