Laurel joined the Counseling Center as an intern in 2025. She earned a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University at Albany in 2017. Over the past five years, she has worked as a dedicated care manager, supporting both children and adults in her community. Currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University at Albany, Laurel is committed to empowering others and helping them navigate their needs through compassionate, professional support. In her free time, Laurel enjoys spending time with her family and two cats, reading, and exploring local farmers markets.
