I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor and a student of the School of Social Welfare Graduate Program at SUNY Albany.  I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation industry, having worked with both juvenile and adult populations.  While obtaining my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo, I studied philosophy and biopsychological methodologies, and pursued my life-long passions of competitive sports and exercise. Using this experience and my passion for physical and mental health, I’ve assisted my clientele with holistic approaches to wellness and recovery.   I plan on continuing to learn the field of individual and group therapy in the Graduate Program at SUNY Albany and am hopeful to have my own practice in the future.
