Jennifer has been providing therapy services to individuals and families for several years. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Siena College in 2016, she went on to receive her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University at Albany. Jennifer has experience helping clients relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, coping with traumatic events and more. Jennifer is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to establish their goals! She believes individuals deserve to thrive, and creating the life they deserve may look different for everyone. For some it may mean relieving symptoms of anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. For others, it may mean better understanding how negative thought patterns can hinder daily functioning.

As an alumna, Jennifer knows how strong and driven the students of the Siena community are, and feels lucky to support them in building on those strengths, in order to reach their goals. In her spare time, you may find Jennifer watching Friends or The Office. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her dog, and crocheting. Jennifer feels it is such a privilege to be a support to Siena students, and is eager to help them throughout their journey.
