Jennifer Suriano
Assistant Professor of Education
Jennifer Suriano I always wanted to be a teacher. My undergraduate work at SUNY Geneseo was rooted in a dual major in English and Secondary education. I became licensed to teach and coach. I followed a passion and inquiry into a Master's degree program in Environment-based Education while teaching middle and high school English in central Virginia. I wished to continue my inquiry and education through the completion of an Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction at the University of Virginia. Following my defense, I worked in a visiting role at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. After that, I took a position at Wells College, then the College of Saint Rose before coming to Siena College to continue teaching in Education.
