My Siena Experience

My Teaching Philosophy

As I once learned in a teaching workshop, it's not about my teaching, it's about my students' learning.  So over my 22 years of teaching at the collegiate level I always say to my students that I learn much more from them than they might learn from me.  This has allowed my students to own their learning with me serving as the guide and not the "sage on the stage."

What I Love About Siena

The loyalty of the students to the campus and its traditions.  Students at Siena love being Saints!
