Dan has devoted his entire higher education career to HEOP, with a focus on college access and student success. He started on the admissions side, shaping the HEOP admissions process at his previous institution. During that time, Dan discovered his passion for working one-on-one and building relationships with students to help guide them toward their goals. Now, as the Associate Director of Siena’s HEOP Program, he combines his admissions expertise with his passion for student advising. Outside of work, Dan is pursuing an MS in Educational Policy & Leadership, enjoys time with his wife, friends, and four pets, and is a passionate pro wrestling fan – it’s still real to him!
