The Siena Council of Administrators provides a forum for the discussion of issues of common concern to Siena Administrators and Staff. Its primary function is to foster communication both among and between administrators and leadership. Its specific functions are:

1.) To convey issues/concerns and make recommendations to the President and Cabinet.

2.) To receive information on and to respond to relevant University plans, policies, and procedures.

3.) To provide administrative representation on University standing or ad hoc committees as requested and approved by the President and Cabinet.

4.) To provide for an ongoing program of professional development for its membership.
