A Mohawk Valley native, Morgan Mielnicki is a graduate of Herkimer College, where she earned an associate’s degree in travel and events management, and Siena College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing. Morgan currently serves as Director of Marketing and Social Media for the Sentinel Media Company, publisher of the Daily Sentinel newspaper. 

Prior to the Sentinel, Morgan returned to the Utica area after graduating Siena College in 2015 and started her career at The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties as a Community Investment Strategist. Additionally, Morgan started Uticrews Apparel Company in 2018, a small business selling simplistic style Utica-branded apparel and accessories. 

Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys traveling, community involvement and staying active, which includes her hobbies of running, biking and doing pilates. She is highly involved in the community serving on the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Human Technologies Corporation Board of Directors, Fund Development Committee for the Utica Zoo, Ride For Missing Children Mohawk Valley Steering Committee, Secretary on the Utica Dollars for Scholars Board of Directors, and Chair of the American Heart Association Radiothon and Treadmill Challenge.
