This endowed fund, originally established with gifts from members of the Class of 1968 at their 25th Reunion in June 1993, "to say thanks to Siena in a very distinctive way, which will carry the spirit of our class forward for generations of Siena students to come," herein referred to as "the Fund", will henceforth and forever be governed by the Board of Trustees of Siena College and administered by the President of Siena College for the purpose of sustaining the Franciscan values of Diversity, Optimism, Respect, and Service that distinguish a Siena education in the context of world issues that affect the society in which the College exists.
