What does it take to be accepted?

The Admissions Committee regards the high school curriculum to be of paramount importance.  We recommend that all applicants carry a strong course load over the four years in high school.  A competitive applicant has taken four years of English and social sciences, three to four courses in the physical and natural sciences with labs, three to four years of mathematics, including trigonometry, and a sequence in a foreign language.  The Admissions Committee will look for a B+ average throughout the four years.  We are looking for students who will graduate from Siena in four years.
