The Title IX/EEO Office has primary responsibility for coordinating the College’s efforts to comply with, and carry out, its responsibilities under Title VII and Title IX, which prohibit discrimination in all of the College’s programs and activities.

It is a resource for students and employees seeking information on their rights under the law, and on support services available to them related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

Additionally, the office oversees the College’s response to reports and complaints that involve possible discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct.

The office monitors outcomes, identifies patterns, and assesses effects on the College community.
