Siena's software development major - one of just a handful in the Northeast - provides the unique opportunity to pair the technical (programming, algorithms, data management) and problem-solving skills developed in computer science with our liberal arts foundation so you're prepared to tackle real-world problems. Students are challenged to exercise critical thinking, ethical judgment and creativity while working with diverse teams across disciplines and industries.
