Siena’s Nursing Department offers two tracks towards a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. Our RN to BS nursing program is for licensed registered nurses with associate's degrees who are seeking to further their education for professional nursing practice. Our Dual Degree Nursing Programs are four-year programs for students just starting their nursing path.
Nurses are a key part of an impressive field filled with many career possibilities and are a critical factor in the changing complex health care system. With a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, you will be uniquely qualified to lead this change. This is truly an exciting time to be a nurse and learn more about your advanced role in both the acute and chronic health care settings.
At Siena College, you will discover and learn with your peers in both the classroom and hybrid setting. Using a caring science curriculum, this program focuses on educating you to work with individuals, families, groups and communities from a health promotion perspective and an ethic of caring. This program also recognizes the knowledge and education that you bring from past experiences and provides an opportunity to integrate these professional experiences into your academic program.
