Athletic Communications Media Intern
The Siena College Athletic Department is seeking a college graduate for a 12-month position in the Office of Athletic Communications for the 2013-14 academic year, beginning immediately and ending July 31, 2014.
Responsibilities include: producing video content (features, highlights, etc.) for SienaSaints.com, coordinating web streaming for live events, creating special event videos, and other projects and duties as assigned. The chosen candidate will serve as the primary communications contact for assigned sports, overseeing gameday operations, and preparing promotional material.
A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience are required. The position is demanding. Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multi-task and work independently with a high degree of initiative. Extensive knowledge of Final Cut Pro, and a proven video production background is required.
