Siena College is accepting applications for the full-time, 12-month position of Plumber in the Office of Facilities Management. This is a 40-hour per week position, Tuesday through Saturday, from 3:00 pm -11:00 pm. This position performs the duties normally required in the plumbing trade following recognized procedures and techniques. Duties performed include basic mechanical and plumbing maintenance; installation, maintenance and repair of all plumbing, heating and A/C equipment on campus. Skills required: knowledge of safety procedures and EMS computer control. Requirements: high school diploma plus trade/vocational school and three or more years experience; ability to follow directions & procedures; effective communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to accept responsibility. Candidates must possess a valid NYS driver license at time of appointment and must maintain such license throughout the tenure of their appointment.
