Head Men's Soccer Coach

Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking a men’s head soccer coach. This is a full time12-month position with benefits. Responsibilities: The coach will be responsible for the administration and organization of the program; planning and conducting practices; evaluation and recruitment of qualified student athletes; monitoring academic progress; coordinating services to the team with other department support areas; scheduling games and management of the program’s budget. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations are required.

Requirements: a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and three years of relevant experience are required. College coaching and/or playing experience preferred. Excellent knowledge of the techniques of the sport and excellent communication skills desired.
