Siena College is currently accepting applications for the part-time, 12-month position of Secretary in the Office of Student Affairs. The hours are 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with flexibility at other times. This position provides clerical and secretarial support to the Vice President for Student Affairs. The secretary answers phones and assists visitors, and directs inquiries to the appropriate staff. This position is also responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing materials for committee meetings, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma, proficient with Microsoft Office products, database management; ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment, and demonstrated knowledge of customer service.
