  • Pursue undergraduate research opportunities. Think about applying for an NSF REU program.
  • Get to know your faculty. Visit office hours.
  • Read as much as you can about subjects that interest you
  • Are you thinking about applying for an Early Assurance program. This would be the time to start looking at what you need to do.
  • Build your academic skills and develop a plan for long term knowledge. You’ll eventually need to prove what you know on the MCAT/DAT/OAT.
  • Matriculated Siena College students have access to Dr. White's Health Professions website that is updated regularly with information about applications, workshops, requirements, interviews with alumni, and advice.

HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE

  • Research health profession and start to look at graduate program admissions criteria.
  • Explore  health professions. www.explorehealthcareers.com is a valuable resource.

CO-CURRICULAR  ACTIVITIES
