Selection Criteria

The James Knust Excellence in Administration Award recognizes an administrator who has made significant contributions to Siena College. Leadership, management skills, initiative, integrity, creativity, courage and discipline are among the criteria for the award.

 Award Eligibility

An individual who has served as a salaried administrator (without faculty status) for a minimum of two years. Community members are encouraged to nominate someone who has made significant contributions to Siena College. Leadership, management skills, initiative, integrity, creativity, courage and discipline are among the criteria for the award. The nominations are voted on by the executive committee of the Council of Administrators.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Honoree and the other Finalists of the James Knust Excellence in Administration Award  will be recognized at the annual Faculty and Administrator Reception and Awards Ceremony.
