Siena Offers New Data Science Program

Siena has received state approval for a data science major and minor. Current Siena students can enroll in the program now; potential students can enroll for the fall of 2018.

Saints Head to World-Famous CERN

CERN is the largest particle physics lab in the world, and it’s home to the world-famous Large Hadron Collider. Siena students Jamie Bedard ’18 and Madeline Hagen ’19 traveled to the super-lab in June with Dr. Matt Bellis, assistant professor of physics, for a series of meetings related to their analysis of data from a general purpose detector called the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS). Siena Establishes Articulation Agreement with SCCC

Siena College and SUNY Schenectady County Community College have signed a transfer agreement that will allow SCCC grads with an associate’s degree to enroll in one of 31 degree programs at Siena.
