Academic Scholarships

The Presidential Scholarship

  • Demanding curriculum with honors and AP courses
  • Academic achievement (90+ GPA)
  • SAT critical reading and math of 1160+ or ACT score of 25+
  • Involvement in the school and community

The Franciscan Scholarship

  • Demanding curriculum
  • Academic achievement (87+ GPA)
  • SAT critical reading and math of 1120+ or ACT score of 24+
  • Involvement in the school and community

The Bishop Howard Hubbard Scholarship

Awarded to students who gain admission to Siena College from the following high schools within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany:

  • Bishop Maginn High School
  • Catholic Central High School
  • Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons Middle and High School
  • Saratoga Central Catholic High School
  • The Academy of the Holy Names
  • Christian Brothers Academy
  • La Salle Institute

Awards are $3,000 anually. 

Need-Based Grants

Students must submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be eligible for Grants at Siena College. 

The Siena Grant

  • Awarded based on demonstrated financial need determined by the FAFSA, and
  • Strength of academic record

Endowed Scholarships

Through the generosity of friends, family & alumni of the College, Siena has established 275 endowed scholarships. To apply we ask that you research the list of scholarships, and then simply email aid@siena.edu with the scholarships you feel best match your characteristics.
