Siena offers courses in traditional and contemporary art forms.

DRAWING & PAINTING

In drawing and painting classes at Siena, students work with a dedicated faculty of practicing artists. We believe that the breadth of classes we offer allows students the opportunity to build a skill set tailored to their unique goals.

• Students explore foundational media, such as graphite, charcoal, pastel, and acrylic early in the curriculum.
• Intermediate courses focus on oil media and pastel.
• Our core drawing and painting courses are supplemented with advanced courses in figure drawing, watercolor, printmaking, and other topics.
