The LICONY Scholarship was established in 2023 by the Life Insurance Council of New York (LICONY). The LICONY scholarship will support civic minded students looking to make a positive impact in their community upon graduation from college. This scholarship will be awarded to an incoming freshman with demonstrated financial need who is an actuarial science major in the School of Business. It will follow the student for their four years at Siena College as long as they maintain good academic standing and LICONY will provide an opportunity for the scholarship recipient to receive an internship in their junior or senior year at one of their member companies. Awards will be made as determined by the Office of Financial Aid at Siena College.
