The Brian M. Crouch Scholarship was established by Brian's classmates in the Class of 2002, the Crouch Family, and their many friends to perpetuate Brian's memory- to remember his kindness, caring, and especially, his infectious smile. Recipients must be members of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions). First preference will be given to sons and daughters of public safety employees or volunteers (EMT's, firefighters, police officers, etc.) and residents of the Capital Region. Awards are based on financial need.
