The Father Mychal Judge, O.F.M. Scholarship has been established to honor the memory of Fr. Mychal Judge, O.F.M. who served as Assistant to the President at Siena College in the late 1970's and as chaplain to the New York Fire Department. The scholarship will be awarded based on need to children of firefighters who gave their lives trying to save others in the World Trade Center tragedy on September 11, 2001. If no students meet these criteria, awards may be made on the basis of need to students who are firefighters or children of firefighters.
