The Charles R. Vaughn Scholarship was established in 2000. Funding is provided by the Charles R. Vaughn Educational Trust, Jeremiah R. Manning, Esq. '62, Trustee. The scholarship is need based. Renewal is dependent on academic achievement and having a 3.2 cumulative average or above.
