The Thomas H. Fitzgerald and Joan Zwiercan Fitzgerald Scholarship is awarded annually to a student who is a graduate of a high school in the Capital Region of New York State. Preference will be given to graduates of Notre Dame - Bishop Gibbons High School in Schenectady, NY. Financial need is not required but may be considered. The student must have maintained at least a B average, or equivalent, in their high school.
