The BBL Construction Services/Isabelle Led Duke Scholarship is awarded annually to sons and daughters of BBL employees. Second preference is given to sons and daughters of BBL Construction Services, its affiliated companies, its major subcontractors and vendors, and other business partners that are associated with BBL. Donald Led Duke, former Trustee, his family, friends and BBL Construction Services established this scholarship.
