COL Clare Cuccio ’89 Ph.D.

Colonel Claire Cuccio grew up in Mahopac, New York. COL Cuccio is a graduate of the Signal Officer Basic Course, USMC Command and Control Systems Course, Command and General Staff College, the Functional Area 24 Course, and the National War College. She holds six master’s degrees and a Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies from Virginia Tech. She is an adjunct professor for the  University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) master’s degree in Cybersecurity. She serves on the Girl Scouts Nation’s Capital Advisory Board and has started several Women’s Mentorship groups.

COL Cuccio retired October 1, 2018 and Dr. Cuccio’s post-Army employment is as President and CEO of SNVC, LC, an information technology company in Northern Virginia.
