A skilled financial aid professional with 17 years of higher education experience, Robin strives to ensure every family receives the personalized attention they need to make the right college choice. “By making the policies and regulations of financial aid more understandable, I help families become more comfortable with their decisions. I find that very rewarding.”
Robin received a B.S. in Business Administration from Russell Sage College and a M.S. in Educational Psychology from The College of Saint Rose.

After graduating from Siena in 2012, Alex joined the college's admissions team. Having grown up in a Siena family, the desire to share the college's value was intrinsic. "Siena is so much more than a college, it's a community - a family. In four years, our students develop lasting relationships that support, guide, and drive them for a lifetime. It's been an incredible opportunity to help prospective families as an admissions counselor, and now I'm looking forward to assisting with their financial aid needs."

In the two years since graduating from Siena, Kathleen has exemplified the College’s Franciscan mission of helping others. As a program assistant to non-profit agencies working with the homeless, she was able to transition seamlessly from college to career through service. Kathleen sees her new position at Siena as an opportunity to continue giving. “I want to help families find the best way to afford Siena. It’s an education that makes a difference.”

After a successful 14-year career in banking, Deneen made the move to higher education. “I wanted to work in a college environment where I could use my expertise to make a difference.” Four years later, Deneen is thrilled to bring her passion to Siena. “I’m looking forward to working in a smaller community and having more interaction with students and parents. Helping families afford college is the best job I could ever ask for.”
Deneen received a B.A. in Business Management from Penn State University.
