The Awards Ceremony will take place at 9:45 AM in the Sarazen Student Union. Student awardees may invite two guest. Open to faculty and staff. Reception to follow in Lonnstrom Dining Hall.
This recognition and hooding ceremony honors those students graduating with a Master of Science in Accounting. It will be held in the Sarazen Student Union (Maloney Great Room) at 12:30 PM. Open to all family and friends of MSA graduates. Reception to follow in Lonnstrom Dining Hall.

The Baccalaureate Liturgy will be held in the Alumni Recreation Center (ARC), beginning promptly at 4:00 PM. Graduates should wear their gown to the Baccalaureate Liturgy; hood and cap are not worn at the Baccalaureate. Graduates should sit with their families, including those graduates who are also Liturgical Ministers.
The Baccalaureate Cocktail Hour will be held on campus in the Marcelle Athletic Complex (MAC). All graduates and families are invited to join us following the Baccalaureate Liturgy at approximately 5:00 PM for a Standing Reception to mingle and take photos with your family and classmates before heading out to dinner. A cash bar and selection of hors d’oeuvres will be available, however, it is not a dinner event. We strongly suggest that you make dinner reservations for your family now to secure your plans. Please refer to the Senior Week brochure for information on the Baccalaureate Liturgy and Baccalaureate Cocktail Hour. At 9 AM, ALL GRADUATES will assemble at the Times Union Center to vest in caps, gowns and hoods. Buses will be available on campus beginning at 8 AM to transport graduates (no guests).
Procession Marshals and Ushers will be available to assist with proper positioning in the procession. There is no rehearsal. Any graduate requiring special procession and seating arrangements because of the use of a wheelchair, crutches, etc., should contact the Office of Academic Affairs in writing as soon as possible, by email to email@example.com.
Doors to the Times Union Center will open at 8:30 AM for guests. The Academic Procession will commence promptly at 9:45 AM. We will assume that prospective graduates not in the procession line by this time are absent and their names will not be read during the ceremony. NO prospective graduate will enter the Graduate Seating Area of the arena after the Procession without clearance by the Marshals and Arena Floor Ushers. No guests will be authorized to enter the Graduate Seating Area or the floor of the arena at any time.
