Assistant Director - Development Operations and Research
The Development Operations and Research Office of Siena College is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Director – Development Operations and Research. This position assists with all development technical services functions for 7 departments and 29 staff using Banner, MS Access, ARGOS and other Reporting tools as needed, the College’s website, Alumni online community and merchant account vendor. The Assistant Director will work with the other prospect research staff to complete prospect qualifications, event research requests and other research projects.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and preferably three years of relevant technical development experience. Requires experience in all MS Office software, including Access and other report writing applications and relational databases. Understanding of and experience with wealth indicators desired. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as inter-personal, management, analytical and organizational skills.
