Diving Coach (part-time)
Siena College, a NCAA Division I institution and member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, is seeking a part-time Diving Coach. The position is responsible for the operation of the diving program in areas relating to practice and competition preparation, meet management, recruitment of student-athletes, NCAA compliance, assisting with dry land workouts, and external relations as it relates to the sport. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; collegiate/USA diving coaching and/or diving experience preferred. A demonstrated ability to teach the techniques related to competitive diving and strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are recommended. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license at the time of appointment and must maintain such license throughout the tenure of employment.
