Associate Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development
The Siena College Office of Student Affairs is seeking an energetic, creative Student Activities professional for the position of Associate Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development. The selected candidate will be responsible for acting as advisor and resource for the Student Events Board and its major programs throughout the year. Under the leadership of the Director of the department, the Associate Director will provide creative approaches to designing, implementing and supervising the College’s late night programming. Responsibilities will also include supervision of a graduate student and student office support staff. The Associate Director advises student groups, oversees the College’s challenge course, provides leadership education and budgetary oversight. A bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience in a related field are required. A commitment and understanding to cross cultural education are required; an understanding of Catholic and Franciscan education is a plus. The Associate Director is a full time, twelve month position with late night and weekends required.
