Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development, Siena College, Loudonville, N.Y.
The Office of Student Activities and Leadership Development is seeking a dynamic, energetic leader who is responsible for the department’s overall direction and supervision. Primary responsibilities include oversight of student programming and new student orientation; guidance and support of student clubs; support of the College’s retention and student engagement efforts; and a passion for working directly with students. To meet these responsibilities the position calls for non-traditional hours and weekend availability.
A Master’s degree and at least three years of related student affairs experience are required. In addition, candidates must demonstrate knowledge and implementation of best practices in student activities, orientation and student leadership.
