Pamela has spent the past 30 years in the field of education, human capacity building and program development both in the U.S. and abroad. Her most recent work took her to the Middle East where she designed an on-the-job workforce development program and global internship. Prior to that, she spent seven years creating and directing a comprehensive developmental program for girls in grades 9 - 12 at the Emma Willard School in Troy, NY. While there, she coordinated community engagement projects with Troy area service organizations, founded a Fair Trade service team, organized service trips to Mexico, and arranged a summer service internship for high school students in conjunction with King’s Academy in Jordan. Directly out of graduate school, Pam spent ten years directing community services for a women’s health center serving Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia and Greene counties. She received a BA from Hamilton College and an MPH from Columbia University. She served in Peace Corps Ecuador as an urban youth volunteer. Pamela is developing two new programs for the Office of ACE: "NEXT" nonprofit consulting services and "Connect4Change" corporate volunteer management services.
