Accreditation Project Coordinator
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Siena College is accepting applications for the position of Accreditation Project Coordinator. This is a 6-month position, 20 hours per week. The Accreditation Project Coordinator position will provide administrative support for the 2014 Middle States Self-Study. Responsibilities include frequent communication to several College stakeholder groups, assembly and management of an extensive collection of college and Self-Study materials, ability to inventory various drafts and materials from different audiences, monitoring and facilitating of multiple and often concurrent Self-Study activities.
Requirements: A high school diploma is required, some college preferred, and at least one year relevant experience. Experience working with institutional documents and various college committees is considered a plus. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word, Excel. Powerpoint, and Adobe Professional; experience with Blackboard, Cloud Computing and/or e-Portfolios is also required.
