Stipend & Workshop Expenses
The National Endowment for the Humanities provides a $1,200 stipend per participant to help defray the cost of travel, food, housing and other expenses incurred during the workshop.
NEH Summer Scholars are required to attend all scheduled meetings and to engage fully as professionals in all project activities. Participants who do not complete the full tenure of the project will receive a reduced stipend.
All stipends will be mailed directly to NEH Summer Scholars on or before August 2, 2013.

The meal plan also covers the cost of boxed lunches for two of our site visits.
Finally, please be aware that will gather together for two formal dinners on Sunday and Friday. The price of these two dinners is $50 (payable at check-in). In sum, the price of all the meals for Summer Scholars in residence at Siena College is $175.
