Accounting FacultyThe Department of Accounting in the School of Business at Siena College is accepting applications for a one-year, renewable, non-tenure track faculty position to begin in September 2013. Siena College is a Catholic, coeducational liberal arts college in the Franciscan tradition serving 2,900 undergraduate students. The School of Business is AACSB accredited and has an enrollment of 1,300 students. Accounting is among the largest majors in the school, with both undergraduate and graduate programs. Requirements for the position include current experience in the field of taxation with a LLM or M.S. in accounting or tax. Professional experience should include individual, corporate, and partnership taxation. Prior teaching experience is desirable. Professional development activities appropriate to professionally qualified status for AACSB accreditation and the School of Business mission are necessary. The candidate must also be willing to contribute actively to the curricular development, governance, and continuing improvement efforts of the school. Review of credentials will begin immediately.
