BECOME A MEMBER	AMERICORPS GUIDE	REQUIREMENTS


ACE Community Corps is an opportunity for Siena students to come together as a team with a mission to strengthen communities and develop leaders. ACE Community Corps members will commit to a two-year partnership with ACE through one or more of its six partners. Those partners include: Siena Mentoring Program Siena College/North Albany Girl Scouts Trailblazers Urban Community Engagement TeenCorps Civic Engagement Camp Writing Partnership Saints Youth Leadership and Cultural Development Program Students are eligible if they engage in five or more hours per week with a single partner and are willing to commit to a six-week summer internship for two consecutive summers. One of the summer internships can be at the member’s hometown, while the other must be at Siena or with a Siena partner. All internships must be AmeriCorps eligible and follow federal guidelines for serving with the poor and marginalized.
