Outlook Desktop Setup

The first time you run Outlook on a Sienaservices computer, you will need to set up your account. If you're using Outlook via Citrix, you will also have to set up your account using these instructions.

• Start Outlook. The setup process will begin automatically.
• Click Next until you see the screen below. 

• Make sure "Microsoft Exchange Server" is checked and click "Next."  The Exchange Server Settings Screen is displayed.

• Type "Exchange" in the "Microsoft Exchange Server" box.
• Leave "Use Cached Exchange Mode" unchecked.
• Put your UserID as username. If you click on "Check Names," you will be able to make sure your username is spelled correctly.
• Click "Next."
• Click "Finish."

Outlook will now run automatically and create your settings on that computer.
