Keynote Speaker: Professor Steve Wermeil, Professor of Costitutional Law, Director of the Marshall/Brennan Program, and Associate Director of the Law and Government Program, American University Law School,Washington College of Law.

 
Steve Wermeil is the official biographer of the late Associate Justice William Brennan of the United States Supreme Court. His definitive study was published last year and has received excellent reviews from the legal community.  Professor Wermeil will reflect on the original Court-Packing Plan of FDR in 1937, lessons learned from it, and reflect on it in the current context of calls for Court reform and the concerns raised on that issue.
