The responses to our three surveys will provide participating organizations with the following:
- Sound understanding of the environment.
- All-inclusive investigation of communities.
- Measurement of public opinion.
- Overall perception of need.
- Inventory of existing programs.
- Level of personal involvement in seeking to address legitimate unmet human needs.
The Final Executive Report will include:
- Executive Summary
- Community Background and Demographic information
- Statistical Analysis that compares and contextualizes survey results
- PowerPoint-ready graphics (tables, charts, graphs, etc…) for use in future institutional planning
- Spreadsheets of frequency tables and cross tabulations
- Conclusions and Recommendations for how to best apply findings to organizational policy
The findings will be compiled into a Final Report that will allow participating organizations to do the following:
- Classify essential human service needs of low-income individuals and families in their community.
- Convert these needs into service delivery offerings.
- Identify and evaluate the local area’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks.
- Provide suggestions for economizing, developing, and improving services offered to the community.
- Identify if current services are needed/pertinent.
- Establish future goals and recommendations.
