Technology

ITS provides support to faculty and staff on the use of technology at Siena. This includes computing, telephones, and the use of the Electronically Enhanced Classrooms (EECs) If you have any questions or problems, contact the Call Center.

Siena Employees can print or download the account form (.pdf).

Fill in the applicable sections, and have it signed by your department head. Return the completed form to I&TS, Hines Hall 101.    

Note: ITS requires at least three days to process this form.

Equipment Lending

Faculty can borrow equipment from ITS for short-term use. Equipment includes:

  • Laptop Computers
  • Projectors
  • Digital cameras
  • Conference speaker phones (Note: These require an analog phone line and cannot be used in all locations)

For information, or to reserve the equipment, contact the Call Center at x5000.

 

Note:  This equipment is in high demand; requests must be made in advance.
