Below is a listing of grant-related policies, forms and templates for the development and management of sponsored projects. If you are planning to submit a grant proposal, download the Notice of Intent to Submit a Grant Proposal form below and return it to our office at least three weeks prior to the proposal deadline.  The Required Grant Approvals form and Conflict of Interest Disclosure must also be completed and returned to our office before submission of the proposal.
